TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HIRING BIKES AT BIG BIKE RENTALS, MANALI. 

1. The Rider should have a valid license.

2. Helmets are compulsory for both rider and pillion and must be worn at all times while riding the bike. Any damages to the helmets are also chargeable

3. A Refundable security deposit of 2000 – 15000 (depending on the bike) is required along with copy of Driver License and Original Adhaar card.

4. Bikes come with third party insurance. Any damage done within the period of rental of the bike is to be borne by the Hirer, Unless it’s a problem with the engine.

5. Avoid driving on half clutch as they will burn the plates.

6. If at any given time we find out that 3 people are on the bike your security deposit would be forfeited.

7. Bikes are supposed to be returned the same day before 8 pm if rented for 1 day or bike can be returned next morning before 10 Am at an additional charge of 200 Rs.

8. If the bikes are returned before the stipulated time, the rent would be charged for the same number of days as previously agreed upon in the contract.

9. Money is supposed to be paid in Advance.

10. Driver is responsible for his own insurance and Big Bike Rentals will not be held responsible for any accidental expense of the rider.

11. Any challans during the rental period are to be borne by the Hirer.

12. Its important to click pictures of the bike while renting it as it ensures you the condition of the bike.

The Hirer shall use the bike entirely at his/her own risk and agrees that we will not accept any responsibility or be held accountable for any loss, injury or death as a result of, or leading from the hire of any of the bikes of any person.
